End of Year

Hi folks,

Attached is an invitation to the end of year function.  Please be aware - as I'm sure you all are - that this is subject to the ever changing situation in our country just now. 

The event, at the time of writing, is limited to 100 people.  We have never breached this number in the past, but because of this you must, must, must RSVP.  We need to know numbers, and once we hit the cap, we need to close registration.

Please RSVP by the 26th of November.

This will be a pirate-themed event, so come dressed in your salty best!

Where: 32b Providence Drive,Three Mile, Hokitika
When: Friday, 3rd December
Time: 4.30pm onwards; eat at 6.00pm
Bring: something to share for dinner, old newspapers

Let's make it at the Hokitika Holiday Park, 11 Providence Dr, Hokitika.  They have a large lounge/dining area.  Let's take some afternoon tea and games.

There are drink-making facilities, but no supplies; however, the machine in the office puts out a hot drink for $2 if you bring your own cup.

We will be there 1.30pm onwards.
