Hi Folks.
In the midst of all that is going on, it can be hard to figure out just what commonsense now looks like.
Having thought about things, unless events spiral out of control in real ways, we are going ahead with the HSNZ visits as advertised. We would simply ask that we all take the following steps.
- Obviously, if anyone is ill, don't come.
- We will avoid physical touch.
- Although homeschooling families often bake great treats, let's not share any food that doesn't come straight out of a packet.
- We will cancel the shared meals where those were planned (but still have the meetings)
While we would really like to see as many people as possible, if individual families are still of the mind that getting together will compromise their family's health and choose to stay away, we will respect that.
